Tealyra – Sencha Tenkaichi Japanese Tea – Handmade Premium 1st Flush – Organically Grown in Japan – Loose Leaf Tea – Caffeine Level Medium – 100g : Delicious Sencha tea and I have tried many! Don’t

Delicious sencha tea and i have tried many. Delicious sencha tea and i have tried many. Don’t use boiling water, it makes it bitter, use a bit of cold if you don’t have a clever kettle. Wearing a kimono is optional, but could improve the whole tea experience :-).

Great tea, with a really good roasted taste that i have not found with other classical sencha. Its flavors are accompanied by strong but sweet iodized and fresh grass tastes. I know i am now fond of this sencha tea with higher tastes.

This is my first sencha, so take this with a pinch of salt. The leaves are a deep, rich green, and look slightly moist. I was surprised at how strong this tea is, it’s very fragrant, mainly grassy, with a slight bit of nuttiness and mild sweetness. I’ve found you can get two, maybe three steepings out of the same leaves, so it does seem to go far. Personally, i really like it.
