I find that i can cope better with those ‘stressful’ or ‘busy’ days.
I buy this product on a regular order and i add this to my smoothies.
Taste takes a bit of getting used to, but once you get the hang of making it properly so there’s no powderry bits in the bottom it’s quite yummy. I have notice i feel generally brighter and healthier when i drink this daily. Here are the specifications for the Tea Pigs teapigs Organic Matcha Super Power Tea:

Reviews from purchasers :
- Something that works!
- Best tea I have bought
- I couldn’t be without this.
Good if you cant find it elsewhere, but the price is a bit much. The 1st matcha i had was tea pigs, and it tastes great, but its way over priced now i have had a look around. There is a local eastern food shop near me, and they sell two types, one isn’t that good but the other tastes just like this stuff and i can get 100g for around £12. If its is the only way you can get matcha then go for it, but shop around. Some matcha is cheap and you can taste why, some proves to me that teapigs is over priced even though its good in taste and is a very fine powder.
I bought this after reading other reviews and information of the product and yes, the taste is strong and bitter on its own but i mix my measure into yoghurt or fruit smoothies and you can’t taste it at all. The energy release is brilliant as i play tennis and it gives me the little extra whoosh i need.
