This is the first matcha tea i have tried; i liked that it is organic and from the blurb is the genuine thing. One customer also asked about radiation levels in the soil where it is grown which i hadn’t thought about, but moya replied with the proper information and references. Bare in mind it is only 30g but i didn’t know how rich the flavour is, so that’s not a big deal. You get what you pay for most of the time. I tried it according to the instructions first time, 1 tsp in 100ml of 80c water. It was very pleasant, even creamy with a slight powdery aftertaste. You can practically taste the green goodness. The powder is velvety and it probably does need a frother to dissolve properly in the water or you might end up with little green bits at the bottom of the cup.

Great value, half the price of the tea in. Great value, half the price of the tea in my local health store. Can’t notice any difference, although i only use it to mix with milk. Nice packaging (will re-use the tin tube or whatever it is) and sent really fast.
